Lease of a wind power plant remote from electricity consumption sites

Summary

The procurement is for the lease of a wind power plant located remotely from the electricity consumption sites, including its operation, servicing and maintenance. Electricity generated by the plant must be allocated to the consumption sites managed by the contracting authority. The contract runs for five years, and the plant must be handed over by 1 December 2026 at the latest. The contractor is responsible for operating and insuring the plant, inspecting it at least once a year and remedying faults. Generation must enable at least 90% of the consumption sites’ electricity use to be covered; if this target is not met, the contractor must compensate the additional cost of purchasing the shortfall under the contract terms. The maximum contract budget is EUR 400,000 excluding VAT, and the price must cover all contract-related costs. The tenderer must be entitled to generate electricity and provide the required permit and evidence concerning the wind power plant, land plot and technical specifications. The tender must include the completed offer form, the European Single Procurement Document and the required declarations.
