Bus procurement

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of buses in four lots: small-capacity passenger buses, medium-capacity passenger buses, large-capacity passenger buses and large-capacity training buses. The planned quantities are 1–2, 2–4, 9–12 and 1 bus respectively; the higher maximum quantities are not fully binding. A tender may cover one or more lots, but must cover the complete scope of each selected lot. The buses must be new or nearly new, comply with the technical requirements for the relevant lot, including Euro VI E emissions, safety and driver-assistance systems, and operate in temperatures from –35 °C to +40 °C. The contract lasts 36 months and delivery is required on DDP terms to Kaunas. The bidder must submit an electronic tender with the ESPD, technical parameters, manufacturer evidence, certificates, a national security declaration and other required annexes. Tenders are evaluated using the price-quality ratio.
