Framework agreements for food supplies to social care facilities

Summary

The procurement covers eight lots of food supplies for the Social Assistance Canteen, the Elderly Services Complex and the Phoenix Day Centre in Buzau. The lots are: bread and bakery products; meat and meat products; poultry meat, poultry products and eggs; dairy products; fresh fruit and vegetables; preserved fruit and vegetables; sweets; and other food products. Bidders may submit offers for up to eight lots. A 12-month supply framework agreement will be concluded for each lot, with subsequent contracts expected every six months. Deliveries will be made against orders. The estimated total value is RON 1,373,253.24 excluding VAT. Estimated values excluding VAT by lot are: 1) RON 155,040.66; 2) RON 307,602.60; 3) RON 174,586; 4) RON 174,304; 5) RON 197,996; 6) RON 80,367.50; 7) RON 45,501.18; and 8) RON 237,855.30. Offers will be scored out of 100 points: price is worth up to 40 points, supply-chain length up to 30 points, and the use of lower-emission commercial vehicles up to 30 points. Bidders must demonstrate registration for the relevant business activity and experience delivering comparable products during the previous three years. The offer must include the European Single Procurement Document and, where applicable, subcontracting and third-party support documents. No bid security is required.
