Design and construction works for modernising county road 205L

Summary

The contract covers design services, designer’s technical assistance and construction works for modernising county road 205L between the junction with DJ 205D at Grumaz, Vrâncioaia, Spinești, Păulești and Tulnici, ending at the junction with DN2D. The contractor must prepare the required technical and permitting documentation, provide technical assistance throughout construction and execute the road works, including related bridge works and utility relocations. The estimated contract value is RON 77,871,020.24 excluding VAT. Design services are to be delivered within 3 months and construction works within 30 months. The contract is conditional on obtaining regional funding within a maximum of 12 months; until then, the contractor must not begin activities generating costs. Electronic invoicing or an electronic process is required. The bidder must meet registration, financial, liquidity, technical equipment and previous experience requirements.
