The procurement covers the supply of various food products to Carei Municipal Hospital, divided into 93 lots. Secondary or transport packaging containing more than 45% recycled material scores up to 20 points; 25–45% scores 10 points, while less than 25% scores none. Organic certification of the required products scores up to 10 points. The bidder must prove trade-register registration with a certificate issued by ONRC. The bid submission deadline is 2 November 2026 at 15:00. Clarification questions may be submitted no later than seven days before the deadline, and the buyer will respond no later than three days before it.
