Plant root scanner

Summary

The tender concerns the purchase of a plant root scanner (1 set). The supplier must deliver a new, original unit fully tested and ready for use, with at least 12 months warranty and CE marking (or a justified alternative if CE is not applicable). Warranty repairs must be completed within 15 working days onsite, or the item shall be sent to the manufacturer for repair with a return within 60 working days; if repair is not feasible, the item must be replaced with a new or equivalent model within 60 working days. The supplier must provide user training of at least 6 hours for at least two purchaser staff, deliver the unit within 4 months to Kaunas (Academy), and comply with environmental/green procurement requirements (e.g., delivery outside peak traffic hours, durable parts availability for at least 5 years). The contract is financed under the SMARTAGRO project; documentation such as CE certificates, installation and user manuals, and EBVPD declarations will be required as part of the tender and contract documentation.
