Ultrashort-pulse laser system
Summary
The procurement concerns a fiber-laser-based ultrashort-pulse laser system with an integrated or permanently coupled unit for generating the second and third harmonics. The system must include the necessary cooling, control computer and software, cabling, delivery, installation, instruction and documentation. It will be used for producing laser-written waveguide structures in quartz glass. The fundamental output must be at least 40 W at approximately 1030 nm, with tunable repetition rates of 100–1000 kHz, pulse duration below 250 fs and pulse energy of at least 400 µJ at 100 kHz. The system must also provide stable 515 nm and 343 nm outputs, software-controlled switching, specified beam quality and long-term stability, an external trigger or synchronization interface, and operation from a standard 230 V, 16 A single-phase socket. The tender is submitted electronically in German by 21 September 2026 at 12:00. No alternative tenders are permitted, and the contract is not divided into lots.
