Services for developing methodologies for career-opportunity exploration tools

Summary

The tender concerns the development of methodologies and data solutions for career-opportunity exploration tools to be used in MUKIS. The work includes a conceptual model, the Careerometer and Opportunities Map methodologies, an occupation catalogue, data models, recommendation-algorithm logic, a digitalisation analysis and user-interface prototypes, as well as data transfer and participation in IT-solution testing. The main services must be delivered within 15 months. The company must demonstrate at least EUR 250,000 excluding VAT in relevant experience and provide a qualified team covering at least ten specified roles. Key minimum outputs include at least 300 occupation descriptions, 300 photographs, 60 videos, 40 algorithm test scenarios, 500 synthetic user profiles and analysis of data from at least 200 pupils. The ESPD is submitted with the tender, while the detailed evidence of qualifications, experience and staffing must be provided in the form required by the procurement documents.
