Maintenance, expansion and hosting services for the ADME-CIS information system

Summary

The tender covers maintenance, expansion and hosting services for the ADME-CIS information system, the necessary SAP user and maintenance licences, and three years of hosting in an IaaS infrastructure selected by the contractor. The IaaS infrastructure must have at least an equivalent structure and the same or better performance than the existing solution. The estimated contract value is EUR 8,480,000 and the planned duration is 30 months, with a possible single extension. SAP and firewall manufacturer certifications are also required, together with a 2% tender guarantee. The tender must be submitted by 21 October 2026 at 14:00; it must remain valid for 180 days.
