Provision of insurance services

Summary

The tender concerns insurance services for the movable and immovable property of the Foundation for Research and Technology – Hellas, as well as civil liability towards third parties, employees and other personnel. Coverage applies to the organisation’s facilities in Heraklion, Rethymno, Athens, Thessaloniki, Ioannina, Patras and Chania. The contract is expected to be worth EUR 231,000 and covers one year: fire insurance from 1 January 2027 at 12:00 to 1 January 2028 at 12:00, and other property and civil liability insurance from 31 December 2026 at 00:01 to 31 December 2027 at 00:00. The stated insured sums include EUR 56,293,052.40 for fire and supplementary risks, EUR 34,076,297.17 for electronic equipment and EUR 4,000 for civil liability. The coverage must also extend to certain future acquisitions and newly acquired or inadvertently uninsured assets during the contract period. The submission deadline is 21 September 2026.
