Supply and installation of ICT equipment in schools in the Attica region

Summary

The contract covers the supply and, where required by the technical specifications, installation of ICT equipment in computer laboratories at general and vocational secondary schools in the Attica region. The quantities are 178 small computer laboratories, 361 large computer laboratories and 10 small VR laboratories. A small computer laboratory includes 7 computers, 1 server, 1 monochrome A4 multifunction printer and 7 headsets; a large laboratory includes 12 computers, 1 server, 1 monochrome A4 multifunction printer and 12 headsets; a small VR laboratory includes 8 VR headsets. The procurement is divided into three lots, with an estimated total value of EUR 6,525,298.39 excluding VAT, and the contract period is 12 months from signature. Bids may be submitted for one or more lots, but must cover all equipment and quantities within the selected lot; partial or alternative bids are not accepted. The contract will be awarded based on the best price-quality ratio. The submission deadline is 22 September 2026.
