P 700 – AI methods in side-channel analysis II (KISKA II)

Summary

The tender concerns the extension of the existing KISKA artificial-intelligence toolbox with newly developed or adapted tools for robust training and evaluation of deep-learning models in side-channel analysis. A fundamental redesign of the existing toolbox is not required, and the new code need not be integrated into it; access via command line, scripts or programming interfaces is sufficient. The offer must be submitted electronically by 21 September 2026 at 14:00. The bidder must use the required forms, provide a complete offer and not amend the procurement or contract documents. The developed software and results will belong exclusively to BSI, so the offer must not assume an independent right to publish or open-source the project results.
