Selection of an electricity supplier and balancing-group coordinator for the facilities of the Municipality of Pirdop

Summary

The contract covers the supply of net active electricity to the Municipality of Pirdop’s facilities at low, medium and high voltage, together with the duties of a standard balancing-group coordinator. The service must include full administration of data exchange with the system operator, responsibility for imbalance costs, and energy monitoring and reporting when required. The estimated supply volume is approximately 610.014 MWh for 12 months, 1,220.028 MWh for 24 months, and 1,830.042 MWh including an option to extend by up to 12 additional months. The estimated value is EUR 598,211.49. Bidders must meet the licensing, registration, turnover and quality-management requirements for electricity trading and balancing-group coordination. Tenders must be submitted by 15 October 2026.
