Supply of electricity to the City and Municipality of Olsztyn and its organizational units for 2027

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity to the City and Municipality of Olsztyn and its organizational units in 2027. It is divided into three lots, and tenders may be submitted for all lots: electricity supply for street lighting valued at PLN 212,370.64, electricity supply for buildings and other facilities valued at PLN 87,192.15, and supply and distribution of electricity under a comprehensive agreement for consumption points with generation installations valued at PLN 52,403.16. The contracts will run from 1 January to 31 December 2027. Bidders must hold an electricity trading licence and, depending on their role, either a distribution licence or a valid general distribution agreement with TAURON Dystrybucja S.A. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 10:00 on 16 September 2026. The award criteria vary by lot: price, the percentage of energy purchased before contract signature, and, for Lot 3, the margin rate as well.
