Purchase of electricity for road and public-place lighting in the Municipality of Leśnica

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of electricity for road and public-place lighting in the Municipality of Leśnica from 1 January 2027 to 31 December 2028. The estimated volume is 324.56 MWh for 59 electricity consumption points; distribution services remain covered by a separate agreement. The procurement is one undivided lot, and partial or variant bids are not allowed. Price is the only award criterion. The bidder must, among other things, hold an electricity trading licence, provide a PLN 2,500 bid guarantee, and submit the bid electronically in Polish no later than 16 September 2026 at 08:00. The actual purchased volume may change by up to ±30% during the contract period, and the supplier is responsible for arranging the supplier change, commercial balancing and compliant electricity supply.
