Periodic delivery of heating oil up to 68,000 litres to the boiler rooms of ZPO Wola Osowińska and Wola Chomejowa Primary School during the 2026–2027 heating season

The tender concerns the periodic delivery of up to 68,000 litres of heating oil during the 2026–2027 heating season: up to 55,000 litres for the ZPO Wola Osowińska educational complex and up to 13,000 litres for Wola Chomejowa Primary School. The supplier must arrange loading, transport and unloading and attach the producer’s quality certificate to every batch. The oil must comply with standard PN-C-96024:2020-12 and the specified L-1 quality parameters. The bidder must hold a valid concession for trading liquid fuels. The award criteria are price at 60% and one-off delivery time at 40%; delivery within 36 hours receives 40 points, within 48 hours 20 points and within 60 hours 0 points. The offer must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 10:00. The contract lasts 8 months and the offer must remain valid until 15 October 2026.
