Fuel supply through a card-based system

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of fuel through a card-based refuelling system in 2027–2028. The planned quantities are 270,000 litres of standard-compliant diesel fuel and 50,000 litres of ESZ95 petrol; the contracting authority may optionally order up to a further 67,500 and 12,500 litres respectively, but is not obliged to take up these quantities. The filling stations must also be suitable for tractor units and work machinery. Approximately 79 and 19 fuel cards are required, together with named cards for fuelling small machines, generators and tools. The bidder must have experience in card-based dispensing of at least 200,000 litres of diesel and at least one compliant filling station in the Érd District. Electronic invoicing must be used; penalties for delay, defective performance and failure to perform are set out in the draft contract.
