Procurement of vehicles

Summary

The tender concerns the supply of 20 new passenger vehicles in five lots for Magyar Nemzeti Bank and KELER Zrt.: 3 upper-class limousines, 8 upper-middle-class limousines, 1 executive minibus and 3 keyless electric cars for MNB, plus 2 upper-middle-class and 3 mid-range limousines for KELER Zrt. Within each lot, the vehicles must be from the same manufacturer and model family and comply with the minimum technical requirements. All equipment must be factory-installed. The vehicles must be delivered with the required fluids and seasonally appropriate tyres; a second tyre set mounted on factory wheels must also be supplied. The contractor must provide a fully integrated service for 48 months or 120,000 kilometres and the manufacturer’s warranty and full warranty repairs for 48 months or 200,000 kilometres, whichever comes first. Twenty-four-hour mobile assistance must also be provided for at least one year from registration. The tender must include a copy of the placing-on-the-market authorisation, and Hungarian-language operating manuals must be delivered with the vehicles.
