Meals and Other Kitchen Activities for Villa Hugardis Residential Care Centre in Hoegaarden, 2027–2030

Summary

The tender covers the provision of daily breakfast, lunch, coffee break and dinner for up to 61 residents of Villa Hugardis residential care centre in Hoegaarden from 2027 to 2030. The service includes bread-based meals, a choice of savoury and sweet toppings and bread types, lunch consisting of soup, a main course and dessert, individually packaged desserts, and a changing weekly selection of quality biscuits. Lunch must be freshly prepared externally, cooled, sealed and delivered in finished form in bulk packs of no more than 10 portions, using containers suitable for regeneration. In addition, the supplier must provide a hot or cold complete meal once a week in the evening, a themed lunch four times a year, an annual birthday breakfast for each resident, and a limited supply of ready-to-serve finger food. The contract also covers drinks other than coffee, cafeteria retail products, and hygiene and other meal-service supplies. The care centre will handle storage, regeneration, distribution and consumption of the meals itself. Bidders must meet the turnover, reference, HACCP, quality-management and food-safety permit requirements and submit a sample menu covering at least two weeks.一
