Hotel and catering service for the judicial staff of the District Court in Gdańsk and the local courts of the Gdańsk district

Summary

The tender concerns hotel and catering services for a training event for the judicial staff of the District Court in Gdańsk and the local courts of the Gdańsk district from 4 to 6 November 2026. The service is intended for approximately 200 people and includes conference room rental, catering, accommodation, parking spaces and transport services. The contracting authority may increase the scope by up to 20 additional participants if demand increases. The bidder must have liability insurance related to the business activity covered by the contract with a minimum insured sum of PLN 500,000, and must provide a PLN 2,500 bid guarantee. The award criteria are price (60%), distance of the venue from the contracting authority’s premises (20%) and venue standard (20%).
