Procurement of tablets and other computers

Summary

The procurement covers tablets and laptops in two lots. Lot 1 includes tablets, chargers and a charging and storage cabinet for at least 30 devices; Lot 2 includes three laptops with different technical specifications. The maximum budget is EUR 80,000 excluding VAT: up to EUR 70,000 for Lot 1 and EUR 10,000 for Lot 2. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or both lots, but the complete scope of each selected lot must be offered. Products must comply with the detailed technical specification, environmental and accessibility requirements, and must be new and supplied in original packaging. Price carries 95 points and additional warranty carries 5 points; a 24-month warranty gives 2 additional points and a warranty of at least 36 months gives 5 points. The tender must be submitted electronically by 15 October 2026 and must remain valid for at least 3 months after the submission deadline. The successful supplier must deliver the goods following an order within up to 120 days; the overall supply period is 24 months from the contract’s entry into force.
