26-010.3 Procurement and storage of skimmed milk powder

Summary

The tender concerns the procurement and storage of 450 tonnes of skimmed milk powder for the Czech state reserves. It is divided into three lots of 150 tonnes each, and a bidder may submit an offer for one, two or all three lots, with no more than one offer per lot. Storage must be arranged at no more than two of the bidder’s facilities in the Czech Republic. The estimated total value is CZK 38,043,000. The contract period is 30 months from 30 November 2026. Offers must be submitted by 13 October 2026 at 08:00. The lowest price is the only award criterion; the price includes storage for 30 months and the amount calculated for the buy-back deduction. A tender guarantee of CZK 250,000 is required for each lot, and electronic submission, electronic signature and e-invoicing are required.
