Agreement for residential and support services for two male users

Summary

The tender concerns 24-hour residential and care services in Bergen for two male users with an ROP disorder. The service must provide a safe, predictable and dignified everyday life and be based on an environmental therapeutic approach, care, clear communication, structure and behaviour regulation. For one user, the tender must also include accommodation for his partner. If the service for one user ends during the contract period, the contracting authority must be able to allocate the place to another user from the same target group. The estimated contract value is EUR 61,000,000 and the tender submission deadline is 17 September 2026.
