Agreement on residential and support services for two male users

Summary

The tender concerns 24-hour health and care services with accommodation for two male users with ROP disorder and substance abuse problems. The service must support a safe, predictable and dignified everyday life and be based on an environmental therapeutic approach, care, clear communication, structure and behavioural regulation. Because User B is in a long-term relationship, accommodation must also be provided for the user’s partner. During the contract period, the contracting authority must be able to replace a user with another person from the same target group. The submission deadline is 17 September 2026, and the estimated contract value is EUR 61,000,000.
