Development and support services for upgrading the Finance Management System

Summary

The tender concerns the implementation and support of an upgrade from Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 to a cloud-based Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Financial Management System. In year 1, the supplier must deliver the upgraded system with required customisations and integrations, revise processes, manage the project, test the system and migrate data covering the current year and the previous three years. The supplier must also provide structured, role-based training and complete system documentation. In year 2, the supplier must provide maintenance and support for the delivered customisations, including advanced L3 and L4 technical support. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central licence fees are excluded. The estimated contract value is EUR 475,000 and the tender deadline is 18 September 2026.
