Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) Services

Summary

An Post is seeking a suitably qualified security partner to provide a managed Security Operations Centre (SOC) and Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) service across its technology environment. The supplier will provide continuous security monitoring, threat detection and analysis, alert triage, incident response, escalation management, compliance support, reporting and continual service improvement. The service must support Microsoft Sentinel, alternative SIEM technologies if required, and event sources across both Microsoft and non-Microsoft technologies. The supplier must provide suitably qualified cybersecurity personnel and work with An Post and relevant third parties. The submission deadline is 7 September 2026.
