Summary

The tender concerns the implementation, supply, maintenance and licensing of a customer relationship management (CRM) system for the Westfalen Weser Group market division. Westfalen Weser Energiespeicher GmbH & Co. KG also intends to procure implementation, supply and maintenance of a CRM system. The implementation effort may be requested separately and, if necessary, at a later stage. License costs, hourly rates and special conditions must apply to both companies.
