Supply, installation and commissioning of a smoking and cooking oven and two smoking oven trolleys

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, connection and commissioning of one new, unused industrial smoking and cooking oven and two seven-level trolleys, including user training. The equipment must have a capacity of 160–400 kg per cycle, a pass-through design with front and rear doors, suitability for a room 3,500 mm high, and adjustable spacing between levels of 30–50 cm. The solution must support Ro-Ro loading. Delivery is required within six months of contract signature, the warranty must be at least 24 months, and the operating documentation must be in Estonian. The bidder must submit a completed technical compliance table and technical documentation for the oven, smoke generator and trolleys, including a technical description, product sheets and, where necessary, drawings.
