Purchase of Liability Insurance for the Eesti Energia AS Group

The bidder must not have materially breached a procurement contract with the contracting authority during the previous 12 months, nor be involved in a dispute with the contracting authority concerning an alleged material breach during that period. None of the exclusion grounds for participation in a procurement procedure set out in Section 95(1) of the Estonian Public Procurement Act may apply to the bidder.

The bidder must be legally entitled to conduct, in Estonia, the insurance activities covered by the contract. The bidder must hold a long-term credit rating of at least A- or higher from S&P Global Ratings or Fitch Ratings, or an equivalent Moody’s Investors Service rating of A3 or higher, or a similar rating. The bidder must also demonstrate relevant insurance experience by providing evidence of similar contracts successfully performed during the three years preceding the tender submission deadline. The bidder must submit a prescribed confirmation accepting all conditions set out in the contract notice and procurement documents.
