Design services for the reconstruction of Põltsamaa Stadium

The machine-readable notice included the standard exclusion grounds for criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorist offences, money laundering or terrorist financing, and other mandatory exclusion grounds under the procurement rules. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may provide evidence of self-cleaning where allowed. The exact grounds and any recovery/self-cleaning details must be checked in the tender documents.

The bidder must have completed at least one similar building design assignment within the last 36 months, at least at preliminary design stage, and must provide evidence that the work was performed properly. For the design work, the bidder must involve an architect with professional qualification of Authorised Architect, level 7 or higher, or an authorised landscape architect, level 7 or higher (or equivalent).
