Compliance requirements
The contracting authority will exclude a bidder if any exclusion ground under Section 95(1) of the Public Procurement Act applies. The bidder must confirm that neither the bidder nor the persons who represent, manage or control it have been convicted of offences related to participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud, terrorism, money laundering, illegal employment of foreign nationals, human trafficking or breaches of the conditions for employing foreign nationals. The bidder must also have no tax, fee or environmental charge arrears, and the conclusion of the contract must not breach an international sanction or a sanction of the Government of the Republic. If the bid is submitted together with a foreign company, documents proving the absence of exclusion grounds must also be submitted for that company and the relevant persons.
