Purchase of medical supplies

The bidder must confirm that neither it nor persons with management or representation rights have been finally convicted within the last five years for participation in a criminal organisation, corruption, fraud or any other exclusion ground listed in the ESPD. If an exclusion ground applies, the bidder may submit evidence of self-cleaning measures where permitted. The list also covers payment of taxes and social security contributions and other confirmations requested in the ESPD.

The bidder must submit the technical descriptions of the medical supplies in accordance with Annex 1, together with copies of conformity certificates/declarations, photos of the packaging and any other documents needed to verify compliance with the technical description. The technical descriptions must be in Estonian. Foreign-language documents must be submitted together with an Estonian translation. If the contracting authority needs clarification, the bidder must provide a translation or explanation. The bid must also include any required forms, product samples if requested within 3 working days, and confirmation that the bid complies with the tender documents. The machine-readable notice did not include all precise qualification requirements; the exact requirements must be checked in the tender documents.
