Services to prepare the redevelopment project for Odivelas Monastery

Summary

The Municipality of Odivelas is procuring the design services for the rehabilitation of Odivelas Monastery under a single, non-lotted contract. The work covers preliminary studies, a preliminary design and a coordinated execution design with written and drawn documents for the required disciplines, followed by technical support during procurement and construction, including regular site visits. The complex is intended to accommodate museum and archive spaces, municipal services, a cafeteria and an auditorium; the works design must respect an estimated construction cost of EUR 40 million excluding VAT. The service period is up to 365 days.
