Summary

The bidder must submit the required qualification documents as stated in the tender documents: Anexo II declaration; criminal record certificates for the bidder or the legal entity; proof of tax compliance in Portugal and RAM; social security contributions proof; latest income tax return (Modelo 3 or 22) with RAM attachments; latest resident tax declarations (Modelo 10 and DMR); latest VAT declaration (DMIS); RCBE registration; identification and powers of attorney of the signatory; corruption prevention plan; if subcontractors will be used, qualification documents for subcontractors must be provided; qualifications must be provided according to Article 17 - Documents of habilitation and related annexes.
