Provision of routine technical maintenance, general building repairs and emergency technical services for Łódzkie Nieruchomości properties

Summary

The tender covers routine general-building maintenance, repair works and emergency technical services for buildings managed by Łódzkie Nieruchomości for a period of 12 months. It is divided into two lots: the first covers property groups 1 and 4, and the second covers property groups 2 and 3. A bidder may submit a tender for only one lot, and a maximum of one lot may be awarded to any bidder. The bidder must have at least one person with the required experience. Price is the only award criterion, with a weighting of 100%. The contracting authority may use an option to change the number of managed properties or increase the number of working hours; the option may not exceed 30% of the gross contract value and may be exercised only after at least 90% of the gross contract value has been used.
