Summary

The procurement covers 1,000 hours of continuous cleaning and unblocking of wastewater and stormwater collectors and other sanitation infrastructure in the municipality of Porto de Mós, including the collection, transport and proper final disposal of septic sludge. The service must be available 7 days a week and 24 hours a day, and the provider must be able to respond within one hour, with arrival at the site not exceeding two hours including travel time. The contract duration is 460 days according to the contract notice and runs until 31 December 2027 or until the contract value is exhausted according to the tender documents. The estimated value and maximum tender price are EUR 95,000 excluding VAT. Price is the only award criterion. Tenders must be submitted by 20 September 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for 66 days. No tender guarantee or performance security is required.
