Summary

This procurement concerns adhesives and ligatures for Unidade Local de Saúde da Cova da Beira, EPE, for a 36-month period. Bidders must provide qualification documents including ISO 13485:2016 and/or ISO 9001:2015 certificates or an equivalent quality management system; INFARMED CDM codes; evidence of compliance with national and EU medical device regulations; a declaration of payment or non-obligation for INFARMED health products marketing tax; an updated permanent certificate for the bidder or all consortium members; if a consortium, power of attorney; product catalogs and technical data sheets; brand and country of origin; delivery terms; and price details.
