Supply of medical devices – bandages and dressings for 2027–2029

Summary

The procurement covers the supply of medical devices, mainly bandages, gauze and dressings, to Unidade Local de Saúde do Arco Ribeirinho in Portugal for 2027–2029, with a three-year contract and 40 lots. The total base price is EUR 247,742.64 excluding VAT. Bids must be submitted by 16 October 2026 at 18:00 and remain valid for 120 days. Price is the only award criterion; in the event of a tie, the shorter delivery period and then the absence of delivery charges or minimum order requirements will be considered. The bidder must submit product samples, technical and conformity documentation, prices by item and in total, and delivery or replenishment times. Variant and partial bids within a lot are not allowed.
