Framework agreement for the purchase of fasteners, PVC pipes and PP-H pipes

Summary

The tender concerns a framework agreement with a single supplier for the purchase of fasteners, PVC pipes, PP-H pipes and other materials needed for water infrastructure maintenance. Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all three lots. The maximum total framework value is EUR 25,000 excluding VAT: EUR 10,000 for fasteners, EUR 10,000 for PVC pipes and EUR 5,000 for PP-H pipes. Price is the only award criterion; the evaluation uses a price calculated from the unit prices of all items in the relevant lot. Tenders must be submitted by 6 October 2026 at 23:59. Bidders must complete the entire price list, comply with the technical requirements, provide individually qualified-electronically-signed documents, and generally be able to deliver the materials within 4 weeks of an order. Products must be technically and fully equivalent to the required specifications; technical evidence and CE marking may be required. The initial framework duration is 1 year, with one possible extension of up to 1 year.
