Delivery, installation and commissioning of brand-new stationary generating sets with the necessary infrastructure and associated works for Gniewoszów Municipality under the Civil Protection Programme for 2025–2026

Summary

The tender covers the supply, installation, commissioning and preparation for use of new stationary diesel generating sets for Gniewoszów Municipality. Bids may be submitted for one or both lots: - Lot 1: one 80 kVA generating set with an automatic transfer switch for the school and preschool complex in Gniewoszów. - Lot 2: two identical 60 kVA generating sets with automatic transfer switches for the water intake facilities in Zdunków and Gniewoszów. The equipment must be manufactured in 2026, be new and unused, and comply with detailed technical requirements, including PN-ISO 8528, PN-EN ISO 8528-13 and PN-EN 60204-1. The contract must be completed by 30 November 2026 and includes user training. Tenders are evaluated on price (60%) and warranty period (40%); the warranty must last at least 24 months and cover at least 1,000 operating hours. The bidder must demonstrate experience from at least two deliveries and installations of generating sets rated at least 40 kW during the last three years, with each contract worth at least PLN 80,000 gross. Tenders must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 12:00. The contract also requires delivery of technical documentation, conformity declarations, required inspections information, installation, commissioning and warranty service. The purchaser will provide the foundations and cable connections; warranty inspections are included in the tender price, while ordinary operation will be carried out by the purchaser’s staff. The tender is assessed by price and warranty period, with a warranty period of up to 60 months receiving additional evaluation points according to the stated formula.
