Ensuring continuity of energy supplies through the purchase of two automatic generator sets

Summary

The tender concerns the supply, installation and commissioning of two automatic generator sets at two locations in Czarnia municipality: CUS Długie and PSP Czarnia. The works include connection to the buildings’ electrical systems, installation and configuration of SZR/ATS automatic transfer systems, required protection equipment and foundations, documentation, grid-connection approvals, a load test, at least 2 hours of user training and final acceptance. The first generator must have a minimum rating of 69 kVA / 55 kW ESP and 63 kVA / 50 kW PRP; the second 107 kVA / 86 kW ESP and 98 kVA / 78 kW PRP. The equipment must support automatic start-up during a power failure, withstand outdoor conditions and include the specified control and protection functions. The bid must be submitted electronically in Polish by 16 September 2026 at 12:00 and must include a PLN 2,500 tender guarantee. The works must be completed within 10 weeks of contract signature and no later than 10 December 2026. Price carries 60 points and the warranty and statutory liability period carries 40 points; the minimum warranty period is 24 months.
