Rental of various Christmas lighting installations for the municipality of Gondomar

The procurement covers the rental, installation, maintenance and dismantling of Christmas lighting for streets, squares, parks and buildings throughout the municipality of Gondomar. The lighting must operate from 27 November 2026 to 10 January 2027; installation must begin at least 20 calendar days beforehand and dismantling must be completed within 20 working days after the end of the period. The estimated contract price is EUR 249,177.50 excluding VAT and the contract period is 45 days. Bidders must submit a detailed price offer, a technical description of the lighting solutions, and photomontages or 3D drawings. Tenders will be evaluated on price (40%) and suitability and quality for the public space (60%); quality comprises the concept (70%), daytime visual impact (15%), and integration into the public space and supporting structures (15%).
