Summary

The tender covers the organization and delivery of a sociocultural trip for 78 participants from 27 to 30 October 2026. The package includes return flights between Ponta Delgada and Porto, resident fares where applicable, checked and hand baggage, tourist coach transport and drivers, an accompanying guide, three-star minimum hotels, breakfasts, lunches and dinners, water and wine where specified, gluten-free meals, visits and admission tickets in Braga, Guimaraes, Vigo, Santiago de Compostela and Ponte de Lima, including the Bom Jesus lift and Guimaraes cable car. The maximum budget is EUR 100,000 excluding VAT. The contract has no lots and the award is based solely on the lowest compliant total price. Bids must be submitted electronically by 23 September 2026 at 23:59 and remain valid for at least 66 days after the submission deadline. Variant bids are not permitted and no guarantee is required. The bidder must submit the required acceptance declaration, total price excluding VAT, representative contact details and any other mandatory documents. The bid must generally be in Portuguese, with the price in euros to two decimal places and all contract-related costs included. The successful bidder must arrange the required bookings and provide evidence concerning the flights, tickets, passenger details, baggage, charges and payments, including documentation needed for any applicable mobility subsidy procedures. The successful bidder must also provide the required eligibility and legal-status documents within five days of notification.
