Demolition of the former municipal boiler house and reconstruction of the district-heating connection in Gołdap

Summary

The Municipality of Gołdap is procuring the demolition of the former municipal boiler house’s underground premises at Plac Zwycięstwa 10, together with reconstruction of the district-heating connection. The works also include closing openings and strengthening basement walls in the adjoining building that will remain, repairing its basement entrance, constructing a retaining wall, reinstating the paved surface and clearing the site. The premises have a built-up area of 198.44 m² and a volume of 606.88 m³. The contract is a single, undivided scope of works.
