Energy-efficiency upgrades and renovation of residential buildings in Tychowo

Summary

The Tychowo Housing Community is procuring energy-efficiency upgrades and renovation works for residential buildings at Kochanowskiego 1–3, 5, 6 and 7 and Szczecinecka 4. The works include façade improvements, replacement of apartment and common-area windows and external doors, roofing repairs, electrical works, heat-pump and photovoltaic installations, and insulation of ventilated roof spaces. The contract covers the buildings as one undivided project and is to be completed within 12 months.
