Conversion of apartment heating to gas and refurbishment at 52 Jana Pawła II Street

Summary

The Municipality of Gostyń is procuring the refurbishment of two apartments at 52 Jana Pawła II Street and the conversion of their heating from tiled stoves to gas. The works include removing the existing stoves, installing gas, central-heating and hot- and cold-water systems and gas boilers, and carrying out interior refurbishment such as floor, wall, tiling, painting, door, plumbing and electrical works. The contract is not divided into lots, and the works are scheduled for completion by 23 December 2026.
