Capture, transport and shelter services for stray animals in the Municipality of Wartkowice – second procedure

Summary

The Municipality of Wartkowice is procuring a single, non-lotted service covering the capture and transport of stray animals from the municipality and their shelter accommodation and care. The service includes shelter facilities, food and water, veterinary treatment and preventive procedures, identification by microchip, record-keeping, efforts to reunite animals with owners and support for adoption. The shelter must accommodate the 38 animals already placed there as of 31 August 2026 (36 dogs and 2 cats); the estimated average number of stray animals is 40 per month from 1 December 2026 to 31 May 2028. The contract is planned for 18 months from 1 December 2026, or until the maximum gross remuneration is exhausted, whichever occurs first.
