Sale and delivery of annual subscriptions for VMware virtualisation software

Summary

The Government Legislation Centre is procuring 376 one-year VMware vSphere Foundation (VVF) subscriptions, model VCF-VSP-FND-1Y, for its four independent virtualisation environments. The subscription licences must cover the required hosts and management servers, be assigned to the buyer’s account, and remain valid from 1 January to 31 December 2027. The contract also includes upgrading the environments to VMware version 9.0 or later by 30 November 2026, licence configuration, implementation assistance and at least 8 hours of technical support.
