Insurance of the property and civil liability of the Municipality of Wielbark

Summary

The procurement covers insurance for the Municipality of Wielbark and its organizational units for 36 months, from 18 November 2026 to 17 November 2029. It is divided into two parts: Part I covers all-risks property and electronic equipment insurance, civil liability insurance and personal accident insurance; Part II covers motor third-party liability, personal accident, motor own-damage/theft and roadside assistance insurance. A bid may cover either part or both, but must cover the full scope of each selected part. The detailed insured property and coverage are set out in confidential annexes. An insurer authorized to conduct insurance business must request access to those annexes no later than three days before the bid deadline. Bidders must hold Polish insurance-business authorization covering the risks offered. Before contract signature, the successful bidder must provide the applicable insurance terms and standardized product information. The bid must include the required declarations concerning exclusion and participation conditions, and, where applicable, powers of attorney and documents for joint bidders or entities providing resources. Evaluation for Part I assigns 60% to price, 30% to additional clauses and 10% to deductibles; for Part II, 60% to price and 40% to additional clauses. Each part has mandatory insurance clauses and deductible restrictions. No bid security is required.
