Supply of a brand-new wheeled excavator

Summary

The contract is for one brand-new wheeled excavator manufactured in 2026, supplied with working attachments and delivered to Warsaw by 30 November 2026. The machine must meet the tender’s technical specifications, including an operating weight of 8,000–12,000 kg, a digging reach of at least 6,500 mm, digging depth of at least 3,200 mm, engine power of at least 50 kW and main-pump flow of at least 120 l/min. The supply includes the specified cab and safety equipment, buckets, forks, a demolition hammer and other listed equipment. The supplier must provide a warranty of at least 24 months or 3,000 operating hours, whichever comes first, ensure spare-parts availability for at least 10 years, provide the required technical and operating documents, and deliver practical operator training within 14 calendar days after successful acceptance. Offers are evaluated on price (60%), warranty (15%), excavator operating weight (15%) and maximum hydraulic pump flow (10%). Bidders must submit the offer form and a declaration confirming that no exclusion grounds apply; no separate financial-capacity or prior-experience criteria are set.
